Who provides the alcohol?
The client is responsible for purchasing any and all alcohol, as Michigan laws prohibit us from providing it. We are a limited liability company and do not possess a liquor license. However, we ARE able to serve it. We offer comprehensive packages that include everything else. We’re also happy to assist with guidance and consultation on how much alcohol to purchase based on the type of event and the number of guests.
How far do you travel?
We travel within a 30-mile radius of Grand Rapids. For distances beyond 30 miles, there is an additional fee of $2 per mile. For events over 100 miles away, an additional fee for overnight accommodations will apply.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We ask for 3-4 months in advance, to secure the date of your event. Last minute bookings are still welcome, but not guaranteed to be available.
How many bartenders do I need for my event?
If over 100 guests are attending, it is highly recommended to add a 2nd bartender, to make sure your guests get the attention that they deserve!
What type of events do you service?
We offer bartending services for corporate parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, holiday parties, fundraisers, and much more. Whatever the occasion, we’re here to make it unforgettable!
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% non refundable down payment to secure the booking. The remaining 50% balance is due a week prior to the event date. We accept checks, Venmo, cash, or credit card payments via our online invoices with HoneyBook.
